Dieting? Well...Not Exactly.

I always eat food with lots of starch. You see ever since I found out about the strawberries, I've been eating them as much as I can. The foods you need to watch out for are fatty foods like apples and oranges and sunlight. All of those are VERY bad for your dieting effort. Healthy Tip: Purchase a box of donuts and place it on the handlebars of a treadmill. I run fast every time! So stay away from gourds and dairy when on your diet, for they are bad for your gut. I'll explain with this visual.

Homemade, Soup, Please!

Soup. How often do you have canned soup? Last year? Last month? Last week? Yesterday? Well, here's why the last time us working on the blog ate soup was 2 years ago.

  1. Most canned soups have BPA lined cans. BPA can have a range of side effects, from early onset puberty, reproductive abnormalities, obesity, insulin resistance and pre-cancerous changes.
  2. Canned soup often has high sodium levels. Most canned soup has over 400mg of sodium per can. Since Americans are already having problems with sodium, canned soup is not the place to go.
  3. GMO often is included in canned soup that contains corn, soy, sugar, or other additives that come from GMO plants. Most of these plants also have pesticides and herbicides.
